FAQ
How do you choose the winner?
We do a Live draw on our Shooting Star Competitions Facebook page so everyone can tune in and watch. To ensure a totally random number we use Google’s random number generator to pick the winner, we demonstrate how the random number generator works before we draw the winning number. We also read out live comments to further show that the video is indeed live
How do we know when the Live draw date is?
The competition draw date is shown at the top of the entry page for each competition. Once you have purchased your tickets this date will also be shown in your dashboard where your competition entries are shown. We may extend the draw date and will draw the prize once all the tickets are sold
Competition Rules
The Live draws and updates will be on the Shooting Star competitions Facebook page. You will be allocated ticket number(s) at random when your order is confirmed and will receive the number(s) via email and be able to view them when logged into your account.

Please ensure you have read and agree to our terms and conditions before entering by post or online. If your entries do not comply with the terms they will not be included in the draw. Please note, you must sign up for an account before making your entry! Entries submitted without an associated account cannot be processed. How do I find my ticket number for the draw?
There are 3 ways to find your ticket numbers for the Shooting Star competition you entered.

1. As soon as you have finished entering you will see a confirmation page which will show your ticket numbers.

2. You will see your ticket numbers on your confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email that you entered when you registered.

3. Log into your account, go to ‘My account’ – My Orders – click on your order and you will see your ticket numbers there.
What happens if I get the question wrong?
If you get the skill-based question wrong, you will not be entered into the draw and will not have the chance to win the prize. Due to our competitions being skill-based will not be able to get a refund of your entry fees.

We will not notify you if the answer to the question is incorrect, but you can try again with a correct answer to increase your chances of being entered into the draw.

You can still enter the competition until you reach the maximum number of entries allowed per user. Whilst this isn’t gambling as it's a skill-based competition, we still urge our players to only play with money you can afford, Set a money limit in advance, and only continue if it's fun!
